Since 1908, the ITAG Group based in Celle, Germany has been supplying a wide range of different products and services related to the exploration and production of oil, gas and geothermal energy.
Decades of experience and our own very high standard have made the ITAG Group an internationally established service provider and manufacture of oil field products.

The history of IVOP manufacturing valves started 80 years ago. IVOP is ITAG Group
for manufacturing Ball Valves, Wellhead Equipment and drilling equipment.
- Beginning in the 1950’s with Plug Valves and Butterfly Valves,
- First Ball Valves appeared in 1963,
- Development of the “True Top Entry Design” in 1978,
- Development of the “Fully Welded Ball Valves since 1986,
- Actual designs of “Forged Split Body Ball Valves” were started in 2002.
Today, ITAG Group offers a fill range of medium and high-pressure Ball Valves for oil and gas production and transportation.
In 2001 Dr. Jaber A Al-Marri takes over the ITAG Group.
The facility boasts the highest level of CNC horizontal boring and milling machines and are operated by a highly skilled and experienced workforce.
ITAG International Qatar brings ITAG’s century of European engineering experience to the shores of Qatar. Operated to the same high standards that ITAG is renowned for around the world, the Qatari operations will bring a new dimension to the market by bringing unprecedented levels of quality, efficiency and economy to energy and industrial companies in the Gulf.
Adapting to the demands of the local market, the Qatari operations are divided into two functional areas – servicing and manufacturing. The servicing division caters to a large client base of energy companies in and around Qatar.
Established in 2018 in Jubail’s Royal Commission Industrial City 2, ITAG Gulf International Company is a strategic extension of the renowned ITAG Group (founded in 1908 in Celle, Germany).
The ITAG Saudi Arabia entity spans 35,000 sqm with 8,500 sqm of dedicated workshops and offices, bringing over a century of German engineering expertise to the Kingdom’s energy sector.
The company is fully equipped to design, manufacture, repair, and certify high-performance oilfield equipment, holding major international certifications including API and ISO standards. With advanced CNC machining, valve assembly, welding, coating, and testing capabilities,
ITAG Saudi Arabia plays a key role in supporting Saudi Arabia’s industrial and energy infrastructure
